I CAN'T ACCESS PRESALE?

Phew, you guys are quick! We’ve had an incredible response to the presale and our presale allocation for 2024 is now exhausted!

A reminder that anyone that missed out on tickets today will have an opportunity to buy in the general public on sale at 11am AEST on Tuesday 18 June.

How do I buy tickets?

AXS are the only authorised ticket seller for Ridin’ Hearts Festival 2024.

We cannot guarantee any ticket purchase made through any means other than AXS (for example via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages). Tickets from unauthorised sellers may not be valid and will be refused entry.

Do I need an account with AXS to buy tickets?

Yes! Before the presale or on sale, we recommend you create your customer account with AXS if you don't already have one, either:

What is a Heartbreaker?

Becoming a Heartbreaker makes you a member of the Ridin’ Hearts Festival online community.

Heartbreakers will have access to presale tickets, “money can’t buy” competitions, exclusive video content, invitations to special events and we’ll keep you up to date with all the festival news.

How do I access my tickets after I have purchased them?

All tickets will be available digitally via the AXS mobile app, which you can download via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

After you have downloaded the app, you will be prompted to sign in with the same AXS account details that you used to purchase your tickets. You will then be able to view your tickets via AXS Mobile ID. You can read more about this here.

If you have purchased a premium Jolene’s Diamond Club Ticket you will download your ticket as above.

Additionally, you will receive a parcel containing your merchandise, souvenir laminate & lanyard for Jolene’s Diamond Club access.

Jolene’s Diamond Club Tickets purchased before Monday 14 October 2024 will be sent via Australia Post to your nominated Australian post address. You must provide a current and secure Australian postage address with your order.

Jolene’s Diamond Club Tickets purchased after Monday 14 October 2024 will need to be collected on site from the festival (instructions will be emailed regarding collection).

I can’t see my tickets in the AXS app?

Ensure that you have downloaded the AXS app and signed in with the same account that you used to purchase your tickets.

If they are still not appearing in the app then contact AXS using the help form on their website here.

What is the Jolene's Diamond Club Ticket?

Jolene's Diamond Club Ticket is a premium package available to purchase. View the Tickets page of the website for a rundown on all the inclusions of the Jolene’s Diamond Ticket.

When will I receive my Jolene's Diamond Club pack?

How do I buy Accessible or Companion Card tickets?

Please be aware that these are General Admission events and reserved seating is not available, however, there will be an accessible viewing area. Accessible tickets for this area, plus Companion Card tickets, are available for sale via AXS.

If you hold a government-issued Companion Card and you are purchasing a ticket to the festival, you are eligible for one (1) complimentary ticket for your companion to assist you in attending the festival.

To access Accessible tickets and Carer Companion tickets please submit your request to AXS Customer Support via this form. An AXS Customer Support representative will contact you via phone or email to coordinate your purchase. Please be aware that all accessibility requests will be dealt with in chronological order, based on the time that each form was submitted.

When submitting your request please include:

  • Your name
  • The festival you would like to attend (Sydney or Melbourne)
  • The quantity and type of tickets requested
  • Your accessibility requirements so that we can determine the correct ticket type
  • A scan or photo of your Companion Card (if requesting a Companion Card ticket)

If you have been issued a Companion Card ticket, you will be required to present your Companion Card on entry at the festival.

AXS Customer Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST.

Will there be payment plans available?

Yes! AXS uses PayPal's Pay Later. For more info please visit PayPal Pay Later.

Where is the Box Office located?

Sydney

The festival box office is located at the main festival entrance, on Orana Parade at Sydney Showground.

The box office will operate from: 1pm - 9pm AEDT on Saturday 2 November.

Melbourne

The festival box office is located at the main festival entrance, off Lakeview Dr, Scoresby.

The box office will operate from: 12pm - 8pm AEDT on Sunday 3 November

Is there a seniors or other concession ticket available?

No, there are no concession tickets available.

Can I re-sell or change the name on my tickets?

You can transfer your tickets to another person using the Transfer option within the AXS app.

The person you want to transfer tickets to will need to have:

  • Their own AXS account/AXS Mobile ID; and
  • The AXS app on their phone.

Closer to the event, Ridin’ Hearts may offer an official ticket resale option via AXS. Please stay tuned to Ridin’ Hearts socials for further details.

Any other platforms for resale are unauthorised – Ridin’ Hearts cannot guarantee any ticket purchase made through any means other than AXS. If you buy tickets other than through AXS, you do so at your own risk and neither Ridin’ Hearts nor AXS will be able to assist you.

When is the latest I can purchase tickets online?

Tickets will be available for purchase online up until 6pm AEDT on the day of the festival, unless the ticket allocation is exhausted before that time.

After this time, and subject to availability, you will be able to purchase tickets at the festival box office, until ticket allocation is exhausted.

How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

Heartbreakers Presale Ticket Limit: Four (4) tickets

Frontier Touring Presale Ticket Limit: Four (4) tickets

General Public Ticket Limit: Ten (10) tickets

There is a strict limit per customer for each festival.

Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, ticketing account, email address, IP address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
